Located in the garden of the former State Council building of the GDR, now used by the European School of Management and Technology.

As part of a comprehensive restoration and refurbishment of the entire fountain complex, we reconstructed the mosaic designed in 1963 by the artist Ortraud Lerch in accordance with the historic fabric and in consultation with the Berlin State Office for the Protection of Monuments.
