Dome Mosaic in the Turkish Hammam
During the summer closure of the hammam at the Schokoladenfabrik, we were commissioned to decorate the dome with glass mosaic. The aim of the project was not only to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the hammam, but also to improve its technical properties. Unlike other surface treatments such as plaster or paint, glass mosaic can withstand the extreme humidity of a hammam, making it a highly durable dome covering with very low maintenance requirements.
